Boutique insurance agency contributes $600 to
Fort Myers Police Athletic League program
FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 9, 2022) – As part of its philanthropic initiative to strengthen the community it serves, Iron Ridge Insurance Services has made a $600 contribution to the Fort Myers Police Athletic League (PAL). The donation will support the PAL “Shop with an Officer” program.
Iron Ridge is a Fort Myers-based boutique insurance agency that prides itself on providing innovative, knowledgeable, and ethical insurance coverage to its clients. Iron Ridge serves primarily commercial clients with a focus on healthcare, architects and engineers, legal practices, condo and homeowners associations, and religious organizations. It also provides personal insurance solutions, life insurance policies and Medicare Advantage and Medigap plans.

The Fort Myers PAL is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that works for the benefit of law enforcement and the community they serve. Its mission is to develop and support projects that contribute to the quality of life for the children of Lee County. For the past five years, the PAL has supported the “Shop with an Officer” program for underprivileged youth. The program unites kids with a member of the PAL, who shop together for a backpack of school supplies, clothes and shoes at the start of the school year. Youths also receive food for a complete turkey dinner at Thanksgiving and can shop for a toy of their choosing at Christmas.
In addition to corporate gifts to organizations like the PAL, Iron Ridge also empowers each of its employees to support a nonprofit of their choice with a $500 gift from the company. 2021 recipients included Child Care of Southwest Florida, Hoops on Mission Lee County, Humane Society Naples, IMAG History & Science Center, Midwest Food Bank, and Pickup the Ball, Inc.
