The Florida 4-40 license allows individuals to transact insurance in an office as a salaried employee of a general lines agent or agency.
Customer representatives who hold a Florida 4-40 license may transact automobile, watercraft, home, motorcycle, or pet insurance under the supervision of a licensed and appointed general lines agent.
